ISCC will always act in the best interest of our Client and will be fair and unbiased.

ISCC support the need for specialist and experienced contract caterers within the Independent School catering marketplace and will always work with the incumbent contractor to achieve mutually beneficial and equitable solutions.

It will never be the intention of ISCC to bring out-sourced catering operations in-house, so much so that ISCC will not manage a tender exercise where this is the intention.

ISCC will earn its income through up front visible fees and will never participate in organising tender exercises where this is not the case. A visible fee will be charged for all consultancy work and no other sources of income will be derived.

ISCC will never accept entertaining from either a contractor or supplier.

Any potential conflicts of interest will always be indentified to our Client prior to commencement.

All information received by ISCC, from either a school or contractor, will be treated in the strictest of confidence and only used for the purpose provided. All information provided will be either destroyed or returned as requested upon completion of the project.
