These range from informal verbal surveys over a lunch period to 'tick box' or detailed question surveys, or indeed modern web-based electronic surveys. All survey information will be collated and fed back in a clear format.

Mystery Shopper exercises are also available which provide a comprehensive third party snapshot of the customer experience.
