- The key objectives of the Tender Exercise
- Tender schedule
- Comprehensive detail on current operation and provision of all relevant information on which the contractors are to bid. This to include an exact specification of who has responsibility for what.
- KPI’s against which the contractor will be monitored
- Contractual terms
- Detailed password protected excel financial response workbook
- Detailed list of personalised (based on key objectives and areas identified for action) questions
