We operate a Retainer Scheme that allows you to choose both the level of support that you believe your catering team require and also the direction of this support whether it be culinary or managerial.

The Independent Schools Catering Consultancy annual retainer scheme is available either as a predetermined package as detailed below or as a bespoke package tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Should you require further support, as a one off project; above and beyond your chosen package, the costs of this support will attract a discount of 20%.

24hr members only website access plus either an Annual Best Practice Review with Business Plan production or an Annual Culinary training day

24hr members only website access, Annual Business Plan production plus termly reviews or culinary training (split on your request)
