Dawn joined ISCC in June 2022 as Senior Consultant. Dawn started her career working in various hotels across all departments including a Tesco Management Training Centre, Jarvis Hotels and Marriott Hotels.
Dawn has an honours Degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey.
Dawn then joined Compass as a Catering Manager in an all-girls Independent Secondary Boarding School managing a multi-site operation . After 7 years she joined an all-boys pre-prep and prep Independent Boarding School as Domestic Bursar, where she stayed for 14 years to run the in-house operations for Catering and Cleaning. She has over 20 years Catering, Cleaning and Housekeeping experience in the Independent School Market.
