Bart originally started his journey in the catering industry in 1994 . He is craft based and have worked through the ranks in the kitchens and into management positions.
Bart has now over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and most recently worked as Group Manager through Holroyd Howe (WSH) He has mentored for ‘in house’ chef’s development and supported supervisors and chef on NVQ’s programs. Bart has a good track record for delivering excellence and have spent the last 8 years solely in independent school market developing ‘flag ship’ locations.
