ISCC specialise in education catering consultancy and have worked with over 500 UK schools. We provide hands-on
support and advice to over 100 of these schools on an ongoing retained basis.

Independent schools and colleges
ISCC ‘started life’ working exclusively in the independent school sector back in 2007 and our consultants have unrivalled experience and knowledge of this sector. We have worked with over three 350 UK independent schools and there are few challenges that we haven’t helped to rectify. Our experience covers catering operations for boys, girls, co-educational schools, boarding and day schools of all sizes, those establishments with complex house dining arrangements and even schools that have lunch delivered.
ACE Advice, is the State schools and Academies specialist division of ISCC
ACE works with a growing number of individual state schools and academies. We provide a wide range of support, from formally tendering catering services through to monitoring financial performance and auditing culinary standards.
Universities and further education colleges
Our ten-strong team of consultants all have previous experience in the university and FE college sectors. We have worked with some of the UKs largest universities and provided support for many Oxford and Cambridge colleges.
Multi-academy trusts
We work with leading multi-academy trusts with both primary and senior schools. We provide both head office and school-based support, either auditing or reviewing catering providers, or if self-managed, supporting the on-site catering team with everything from finance to culinary training and creating menus.
