James joined the team in the New Year 2018. James has worked for many years in operations and has spent the last nine years working solely in the Independent School market.
James has a First Degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University. He started his career working in hospitality and events for blue chip organisations such as Marks and Spencers across central London.
James was selected to join BaxterStorey on their highly respected Graduate Trainee Programme after which he initially spent time as a Catering Manager before quickly being promoted to General Manager at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. From this he joined the Holroyd Howe Operations Team in 2011 (part of the BaxterStorey Group) overseeing large mobilisations and refurbishments. James’ client portfolio grew, and he was again promoted to Senior Operations Manager, managing a wide variety of prestigious Independent Schools.
